通过对中成药生产废水特点的分析,结合原有污水处理站工艺及多家同类污水站的实践经验,提出采用两级A/O+絮凝沉淀工艺处理中成药废水。通过水解酸化可提高废水的可生化性,便于进一步降解有机污染物;接触氧化法具有适应性强、氧利用率高、产生污泥量较少等特点。运行结果表明,出水COD、BOD5、SS、色度均满足污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)二级标准,采用该组合工艺处理中成药生产废水,可满足中成药制药废水水量、水质波动大的要求,在技术和经济上可行。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the wastewater from the proprietary Chinese medicine production, combined with the existing wastewater treatment plant technology and the practical experience of many similar wastewater treatment stations, a two-stage A / O + flocculation sedimentation process was proposed to treat the wastewater from the proprietary Chinese medicines. Hydrolytic acidification can improve the biodegradability of wastewater and facilitate the further degradation of organic pollutants. The contact oxidation method has the advantages of strong adaptability, high oxygen utilization rate and less sludge generation. The results showed that the effluent COD, BOD5, SS and chroma all meet the Grade II standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996). The combined process can be used to treat the waste water of proprietary Chinese medicines, The requirements are technically and economically viable.
