为了研究纤维沥青混凝土低温性能及其路面温度应力计算方法,通过聚酯纤维沥青混凝土约束试件温度应力试验(TSRST),分析了纤维体积率和长径比对沥青混凝土低温抗裂性能的影响,建立了考虑纤维含量特征参数影响的纤维沥青混凝土TSRST试验参数计算模型和纤维沥青混凝土温度应力计算模型。研究结果表明:纤维含量特征参数能综合反映纤维体积率和长径比对沥青混凝土低温抗裂性能的影响,在所进行的试验范围内,聚酯纤维沥青混凝土的最佳纤维体积率、长径比和纤维含量特征参数分别为0.35%、324和1.13。
In order to study the low temperature performance of fiber asphalt concrete and the calculation method of pavement temperature stress, the influence of fiber volume fraction and aspect ratio on the low temperature cracking resistance of asphalt concrete was analyzed by the temperature stress test (TSRST) of polyester fiber asphalt constrained specimen. The calculation model of TSRST test parameters and the temperature stress calculation model of fiber asphalt concrete considering the influence of fiber content parameters were established. The results show that: the fiber content characteristic parameters can comprehensively reflect the influence of fiber volume fraction and aspect ratio on the anti-cracking performance of asphalt concrete at low temperature. Within the tested range, the optimum fiber volume fraction and long diameter of polyester fiber asphalt concrete The specific and fiber content parameters were 0.35%, 324 and 1.13, respectively.
