借助虚拟样机技术,建立了转臂折叠式开铁口机的虚拟样机模型,并对其进行了运动学、动力学仿真分析。研究了旋转机构的几何尺寸对轨梁的运动轨迹及其速度变化的影响。为结构的进一步优化和机构动态特性的进一步改善提供了有意义的理论依据。
With the help of virtual prototyping technology, a virtual prototyping model of the arm-folding type open-mouth taphole is established and its kinematics and dynamics simulation are analyzed. The influence of the geometry of the rotating mechanism on the trajectory and speed of the rail beam is studied. It provides a significant theoretical basis for the further optimization of the structure and the further improvement of the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism.
