目的 分析泪囊鼻腔吻合成功与失败的原因 ,以期提高手术治愈率。方法 1 991年～ 2 0 0 2年对 4 8例慢性泪囊炎病人进行双瓣吻合手术 ,并对随访结果进行分析。结果 4 8例术后随访半年以上 ,治愈率达 97.92 %。结论 本手术方法简单易行 ,适合基层医院开展
Objective To analyze the causes of success and failure of dacryocystorhinostomy in order to improve the cure rate. METHODS: Forty-eight chronic dacryocystitis patients underwent double-flap anastomosis from 1991 to 2002. The follow-up results were analyzed. Results 48 cases were followed up for more than six months, the cure rate was 97.92%. Conclusion The surgical method is simple and easy to carry out for primary hospitals
