去冬今春,我县三麦先后遭受了苗期低温干旱、越冬期的严寒冰雪和抽穗灌浆期的持续阴雨,造成了出苗晚,分蘗晚,春发晚,有效分蘗期短,灌浆期短,赤霉病为害重,穗少粒轻产量低,平均亩产244.4斤,比76年减产53.4％。这主要由于“四人帮”干扰破坏和自然灾害的影响,也同生产技术上的不适应分不开,主要表现在浸种催芽不坚持,影响了早苗;三沟不配套,削弱了抗灾能力;防治赤霉病不彻底。
