在试验研究和试生产的基础上,提出了两种新型的具有高灵敏度和抗错边性能的对接接头电磁感应式传感器。此外,研制了用于角接接头和搭接接头及控制焊炬高度的电磁感应式传感器。设计了焊炬位移式和焊车前轮导向式自动跟踪系统。提出了由于点固焊缝或板边局部严重损伤使自动跟踪产生误差的克服途径。电磁感应式自动跟踪系统可用于碳钢、不锈钢、铝及其合金等金属材料;适用于交直流埋弧焊CO_2气体保护焊及惰性气体保护焊等焊接方法。
On the basis of experimental research and trial production, two new type of electromagnetic induction sensors with butt joint of high sensitivity and anti-mismatch performance are proposed. In addition, electromagnetic induction sensors have been developed for use in corner joints and lap joints and for controlling the torch height. The welding torch displacement and welding front-wheel-oriented automatic tracking system are designed. The way of overcoming the error caused by automatic tracking is proposed because of the serious damage caused by spot welding seam or plate edge. Electromagnetic induction automatic tracking system can be used for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys and other metal materials; suitable for AC and DC submerged arc welding of CO_2 gas shielded welding and inert gas welding methods.
