用反相高效液相色谱(RP- HPLC) 分析方法对常用中药桔梗中主要有效成分桔梗皂甙D(platycodinD) 进行了研究,考察了流动相对分离的影响,选择以C18 为色谱分析柱,乙腈- 磷酸盐缓冲液为流动相,检测波长为210 nm ,进样量在2-0 ~32-0 μg 之间呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98-13 % ,RSD 为2-3 % 。
The effect of mobile phase on the separation of platycodin D, the main active component of common Chinese traditional medicine, was studied by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). C18 chromatographic column, acetonitrile- Phosphate buffer as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 210 nm, the injection volume of 2-0 ~ 32-0 μg showed a good linear relationship between the average recovery of 98-13%, RSD of 2-3%.
