中小学教育科研在帮助教师从“教书匠”走向“学者型”教师,优化教育教学,为行政部门提供教育决策参考方面具有重要作用。当前,一部分中小学教育科研不同程度地存在立而不研、华而不实、研而不用等问题。增强和提高中小学教育科研的实效性,需要进一步转变观念,强化管理,不断提升科研队伍的素质。一、观念导向,走出认识误区
