目的 :寻找光敏感最佳药材的测试方法 ,以及对临床治疗作用的影响。方法 :采用光斑毒性计量时间测试、对比法。结果 :六种中药材光斑毒性计量时间相比较 ,补骨脂最短。结论 :本文提供的测试方法可用以检测某些药材对光敏感效应提高的程度 ,同时能在较短时间内达到治疗目的
Objective: To find out the best test methods for photosensitizing and its effect on clinical treatment. Method : Spot flare time measurement and contrast method were used. Results : Compared with the measurement time of the spot toxicity of six kinds of Chinese herbal medicines, psoralen was the shortest. Conclusion : The test method provided in this paper can be used to detect the degree of improvement of photosensitivity effect of certain medicinal materials and at the same time achieve therapeutic goals in a shorter time.
