建筑机械大都采用柴油或汽油机作动力。在这些发动机的许多零件或部件之间,装有各种各样的垫子,由于其成本低廉、制作方便,往往被人忽视,认为可有可无。其实,垫子虽小、作用很大,如果在材料、尺寸、安装等方面处理不当,就起不到防止漏油、漏气、漏水的密封作用,往往会影响到机车的正常运转,甚至酿成事故。根据我们多年实践的经验,现将有关垫子的基本知识介绍如下: 1 垫子的种类 1.1纸垫用在温度与压力都不高的部位,例如,喷油泵与调速器之间、机油泵与缸体之间,采用纸垫来起着防止漏油的作用。

Based on our many years of practical experience, we now introduce the basic knowledge of mats as follows: 1 Types of mats 1.1 Paper mats are used in places where temperature and pressure are not high, such as between fuel injection pumps and governors, oil pumps and cylinders. Between the bodies, paper pads are used to prevent oil leakage.
