中小学家长学校在开展家庭教育指导、提升家长教育能力、促使儿童健康成长方面有重要作用。在家长学校实务工作中,存在单向灌输、缺乏吸引力等问题,家长参与度低,家庭教育指导质量不高。为此,中小学家长学校必须充分尊重家长的参与权,在用好传统方法的同时,采用参与式培训的方法弥补传统方式的不足,促进家长之间的分享互动,提升家长的家庭教育素养,提升家长学校的办学质量。
