“多层结构”复合管就是钢管外表面的第一层是底胶、第二层是防腐夹克层、第三层是泡沫保温层、第四层是防水夹克层。它是石油管适塑料防腐保温新技术、新产品。“多层结构”连续成型工艺是两层夹克和一层泡沫在一条作业上连续完成的,因此本工艺具有效率高、投资少,劳动强度低,污染小的特点。它适用于φ219 mm 以下的小口径钢管;特别是在强腐蚀地区更为适用。笔者认为本工艺是有发展前途的,但也存在着在成型过程中,局部产生气孔;内防腐采用聚乙烯造价高;(?)有泡沫检测仪器的不足。需要进一步研究探讨。
