甘蓝型油菜钴圃辐照活体植株突变体的数量性状分析国内外研究甚少,然而了解某一性状的选择间接引起其它性状变化的趋势,对于提高选择效果有重要意义。本文就甘蓝型油菜西南302突变体数量性状间估算了线性相关系数、多元相关系数及通径系数,并建立了单株产量与六个数量性状间的多元回归方程和线性回归方程,以便探讨油菜突变体表型相关性质和程度及其互变关系式,为油菜突变系进一步选择明确选择目标,增强预见性,提高育种效果提供参考依据。
Quantitative trait analysis of in vitro mutants of Co-Brassica napus radiated plants has little research at home and abroad, however, to understand the trend of other traits indirectly induced by the selection of a trait is of great significance for improving the selection effect. In this paper, the linear correlation coefficient, multivariate correlation coefficient and path coefficient were estimated among the quantitative traits of Southwest 302 mutant in Brassica napus. The multivariate regression equation and linear regression equation between single crop yield and six quantitative traits were established, Mutant phenotype related nature and extent and their interdependencies for rape mutation system to further select a clear choice of objectives, enhance predictability and improve breeding effect provide a reference.
