[目的]建立应用液相色谱仪紫外检测器分析水稻植株、稻壳以及糙米中戊菌隆残留量的方法。[方法]样品以乙腈溶液提取,糙米经弗罗里硅土柱净化,植株和稻壳经弗罗里硅土和活性炭的混合柱净化,用紫外检测器测定。[结果]戊菌隆的最小检出量2 ng,在水稻植株、糙米、稻壳中戊菌隆的最低检测质量浓度分别为0.01、0.005、0.01 mg/L,戊菌隆在样品中的回收率为77.7%-114.3%。[结论]该方法的准确性、精确性以及灵敏度均符合农药残留分析的要求。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of the residues of pencycuron in rice plants, rice husk and brown rice by using liquid chromatography UV detector. [Method] The samples were extracted with acetonitrile. The brown rice was purified by Florisil column. The plants and rice husks were cleaned with a mixture of Florisil and activated carbon, and detected by UV detector. [Result] The minimum detectable amount of pencycuron was 2 ng. The lowest detected concentrations of pencycuron in rice plant, brown rice and rice hull were 0.01, 0.005 and 0.01 mg / L, respectively. The rate was 77.7% -114.3%. [Conclusion] The accuracy, accuracy and sensitivity of this method all met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
