当前各单位专业技术人员业绩考核档案管理存在不足,本文以专业技术人员业绩考核档案管理的建档范围、收集对象和特点为切入口,阐述了对专业技术人员业绩考核档案实行档案综合管理的必要性和可行性,并分析与探讨了该如何对专业技术人员业绩考核档案进行综合管理,以确保专业技术人员业绩考核档案得以更加充分的开发和利用。
At present, there are deficiencies in the archives management of performance appraisal of professional and technical personnel in all units.
