初中语文教师继续教育课程设置的基本点是以大语文观为中心,实现传统教育观念与现代教育观念的整合。实现整合的对策有两个方面:一是迎接素质教育的挑战,加速教育观念的更新,围绕语文教育中思想教育与语文训练有机结合来相应培训教师;二是针对素质教育对教师提出的新的教学能力要求,加强教育理论和基础理论的学习,包括增设《语文教学设计》课程和更新《教育学》《心理学》内容。
The basic point of junior middle school language teacher’s continuing education curriculum is to take the concept of Chinese as the center, to achieve the integration of traditional education concept and modern education concept. There are two ways to achieve integration: First, to meet the challenge of quality education, to accelerate the update of educational concepts, focusing on the combination of ideological education and language training in the Chinese language education to train teachers; Second, quality education for teachers proposed a new Teaching ability requirements, strengthen education theory and basic theory of learning, including the establishment of “language teaching design” course and update “pedagogy” “psychology” content.
