近年来我国经济总体上呈现持续增长的趋势,伴随着经济的增长,高技术产业总产值也显示出与其之间的高度相关性。因而对推动高技术产业发展影响因素的研究显得尤为重要。本文采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,运用我国1993年至2009年间高技术产业总产值、R&D经费、R&D人员全时当量、国家财政支出用于科学研究的支出等指标数据,建立VAR模型对影响我国高技术产业产值因素进行了实证,得出结论。
In recent years, China’s economy has shown a trend of sustained growth as a whole. With economic growth, the total output value of high-tech industries also shows a high degree of correlation with it. Therefore, it is very important to study the factors which influence the development of high-tech industry. In this paper, qualitative and quantitative analysis of a combination of methods, using China’s high-tech industry in 1993-2009 total output value, R & D funding, R & D staff full-time equivalent, the state expenditure on scientific research and other indicators of expenditure data, the establishment of VAR model Empirical research on the factors affecting the output value of high-tech industries in our country concludes.
