目的建立清开灵滴丸中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对清开灵滴丸中栀子苷进行了含量测定实验研究。结果栀子苷线性范围为0.05936~0.8904μg,回归方程为y=1.50×106x+4.80×103,R2=1.000;平均回收率为97.93%(RSD=2.36%)。同时测定了七批供试品中栀子苷的含量。结论本方法可作为清开灵滴丸中栀子苷含量测定的一种准确、灵敏、可行的方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination of geniposide in Qingkailing pills. Methods High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the content of geniposide in Qingkailing pills. Results The linear range of geniposide was 0.05936 ~ 0.8904μg. The regression equation was y = 1.50 × 106x + 4.80 × 103, R2 = 1.000; the average recovery was 97.93% (RSD = 2.36%). At the same time, the content of geniposide in seven batches of test products was determined. Conclusion This method can be used as an accurate, sensitive and feasible method for the determination of geniposide in Qingkailing pills.
