1 现状目前我厂各高炉热风炉的寿命普遍偏短。如1997年6月投产的3号高炉球式热风炉,虽然在投产初期提供了较高的风温,但使用15个月左右工作状况已严重恶化,1999年元月被迫换球。而成都钢铁厂318m~3高炉的球式热风炉卸球周期近三年,呼市炼铁厂55m~3高炉的球式热风炉更是用了四年零八个月。其它四座高炉的内燃式热风炉也通常在2年多的时间内换砖。
