从经济距离和知识能力的角度分析长三角地区的知识溢出水平,测算该区域的经济距离,并将知识能力评价划分为科技创新、知识交流能力和经济环境三个维度,通过引入泰尔指数的方法,得到知识能力的综合评价值,计算出不均衡度。研究表明,长三角地区的经济距离较小;知识能力综合评价值较高,但差距较大;不均衡度较明显。最后给出发展长三角地区知识能力的建议。
From the perspective of economic distance and knowledge ability, this paper analyzes the level of knowledge spillover in the Yangtze River Delta, estimates the economic distance in the region, and divides the assessment of knowledge ability into three dimensions: science and technology innovation, knowledge exchange ability and economic environment. By introducing the Theil index Method, get the comprehensive evaluation of knowledge ability, calculate the imbalance. The research shows that the economic distance in the Yangtze River Delta is small, the comprehensive evaluation of knowledge ability is higher but the gap is larger, and the unbalance is more obvious. Finally, it gives some suggestions on how to develop the knowledge ability in the Yangtze River Delta.
