我国的企业在不断地发展,国有企业是我国企业中十分重要的组成部分,国有企业在发展的过程中,要充分的满足现代化的企业发展需要,因此必须要将保卫人员的思想政治工作做好,这与国有企业保卫人员的工作有着紧密的联系,作为国有企业的保卫人员,自身必须要有着较高的思想觉悟和政治觉悟,思想政治工作对于国有企业的管理和稳定发展有着关键性的作用。本文就是对这一作用进行详细的阐述,为相关的研究提供借鉴。
