The 91 ’Chinese Surface Technology Symposium jointly organized by the Chinese Ordnance Society, the Chinese Society for Corrosion and Protection and Surface Technology editorial department was held in Beijing on August 21-25, 1991. The conference convened from more than 200 papers Recorded in 100, carefully selected by experts, 27 papers won the best paper award. This publication will be slightly selected some outstanding papers and employment papers.
