本文整理了1986年1月,日—1990年12月31日登记管理496例初治病例的化疗效果,对肺结核Ⅲ组管理的现实性进行分析和探讨。1 资料来源:均为此期间新登记初治涂阳496例,完成规律化疗转为Ⅲ组病人,随访两年的资料为依据,并按照1978年全国结核病防治工作会议标准和黑龙江省结核病防治条例《实施细则》规定进行随访。
