自1987年央行正式批准设立第一家企业集团财务公司至今,我国的财务公司已有二十余年的历史,经历了产生与初步探索、快速发展、分业与整顿、规范发展四个阶段。国内能源电力、航天航空、石油化工、钢铁冶金、机械制造等关系国计民生的基础产业和各个重要领域的大型企业集团几乎都拥有了自己的财务公司。 Since the central bank formally approved the establishment of the first financial conglomerate in 1987, China’s financial corporations have been in existence for more than 20 years and have undergone four stages of production and initial exploration, rapid development, division and rectification, and standardized development. Almost all of the large-scale enterprise groups in China, including energy, electricity, aerospace, petrochemicals, steel and metallurgy, and machinery manufacturing, which have a bearing on national economy and people’s livelihood, and almost every major area have their own financial companies.
