根据民政部的有关要求及中国化工节能技术协会章程的规定,协会拟于2009年5月中旬在山东省济南市召开第四届会员大会,并将举办第五届石油和化工节能论坛。
According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the regulations of the China Chemical Energy Conservation Technology Association, the Association plans to hold the fourth general meeting of members in Jinan in Shandong Province in mid-May 2009 and hold the 5th Forum on Energy Conservation in Petroleum and Chemical Industry.
