我厂生产的一种材料为4Cr13零件(见图1),形位公差及精度要求高,特别是两端的内台孔轴向距离较大,且两孔径要求φ15_0~(0.019),并与外圆φ58.64_(-0.03)~0同轴度要求在0.01mm范围内,外圆φ58.64_(-0.03)~0圆柱度允差0.006mm,76e8两端面对φ15_0~(+0.01a)两端内孔轴线跳动允差0.012mm。根据产品图要求,除对该产品进行必要的粗加工和半精加工外,其各项技术要求均要在淬火后精磨达到。经对该产品图纸、加工工艺进行认真分析,改变了以往以内
