胃癌属于临床常见疾病,在我国属于最为常见的恶性肿瘤疾病,发病率与病死率在恶性肿瘤中高居首位,必须引起高度重视。胃癌外科手术治疗已有100多年历史,属于胃癌治疗的主要手段,同时外科手术也是根治胃癌最为主要的方式。近几十年,对于胃癌外科手术治疗有了更加深入的研究,并且D2根治术已经得到认可,而微创手术在不断发展与进步中,也获取了一席之地,从而为胃癌外科手术带来了新的契机与发展。为了进一步分析胃癌外科手术的发展,本文进行了相关综述,希望对相关工作有所借鉴。
