在近些年来,我国的旅游企业遭遇了严重的员工离职或者改行,之所以会出现这一现象,是因为在大多数旅游企业中,员工的工资收入往往很低,而且他们的工作任务也非常繁重,并且许多员工觉得从事旅游相关的工作非常枯燥无味且缺乏相应的保障和发展机会。这些负面的情绪实质上就是员工的角色压力,经过欧美学者的研究发现,角色压力对于员工的工作绩效有着很大的影响,并且更重要的是角色压力往往会导致员工的不满情绪,使得员工离职。现在许许多多的旅游企业都面临着对于员工角色压力的管理,本文在分析员工压力内涵和组成部分的基础上,探究了员工压力对员工工作各个方面的影响,并就员工压力理论对于旅游企业管理的相关启示做出了研究。

Based on the analysis of the connotation and components of employee stress, this paper explores the impact of employee stress on all aspects of employee work, and analyzes the impact of employee stress theory on tourism enterprises Management-related implications have been studied.
