在锻压机中经常采用一种以摇块机构为从动杆系的凸轮机构。在这种机构中通过高付与凸轮连接的从动件既非直动也非摆动,而是作一般的平面运动。设计部门通常是把这种机构近似的当作推杆从动件凸轮机构来设计其轮廓,而凸轮最小基园半径则是根据结构选定的。这样会使执行件的实际运动与予期的运动发生偏差。而根据结构选定凸轮最小基园半径则需在凸轮轮廓确定后校核最大压力角是否超过许用值。本文给出了这种凸轮轮廊的准确设计方法。对于凸轮最小基圆半径,也给出了近似求解的方法,可供设计这种凸轮机构时参考。
In the forging machine often used as a rocking mechanism for the follower of the Department of cam mechanism. In such a mechanism, the follower, which is connected to the cam by a high pay, is neither straight nor wobbled, but a general planar movement. The design department usually designs the contour of this mechanism approximately as the follower cam mechanism, and the minimum radius of the cam base is selected according to the structure. This will make the implementation of the actual movement of the pieces deviate from the expected exercise. According to the structure of the selected base radius of the minimum cam cam profile must be confirmed after the check whether the maximum pressure angle exceeds the allowable value. This article presents an accurate method of designing such a cam gallery. For the minimum base circle radius of the cam, a method of approximate solution is also given for reference when designing such a cam mechanism.
