航空大厦位于深圳市工贸小区内,深南中路北侧,西靠上海宾馆。该工程由深圳工贸中心投资兴建,江苏省建安一公司三处承建。大厦总占地面积10000m~2,建筑面积42550m~2,塔楼38层,其中地下室一层,总高度为120.6m。裙楼和辅楼为四层框架,塔楼为框筒剪力墙体系。土建总投资1551万元,单方造价365.42元。
Aerospace Tower is located in the Shenzhen Industrial and Trade Area, north of Shennan Middle Road, and is adjacent to the Shanghai Hotel in the west. The project was invested and built by Shenzhen Industry and Trade Center, and Jian’an No. 1 Company of Jiangsu Province undertook the construction. The building has a total area of 10,000m2, a building area of 42550m2, and 38 towers, including a basement level with a total height of 120.6m. The podium and auxiliary building are four-story frames, and the tower is a framed shear wall system. The total investment in civil engineering is 15.51 million yuan, and the unilateral cost is 365.42 yuan.
