为了提升我国服务业质量水平、打造“中国服务”品牌、创建全国性优质服务交流平台,中国质量协会于2017年7月26~27日联合中国通信企业协会、中国交通企业管理协会等多家行业协会,在北京市举办了首届全国优质服务大赛。一、大赛参赛概况此次大赛,组委会邀请通信、交通运输、电力服务、银行、旅游、航空、百货、医疗、养老、售后服务等行业协会共同举办,共收到125个参赛项目申报;经过初步筛选,有65个项目进入现场竞赛环节。参赛
