日本自1984年9月建立AIDS 监测体制后,当年就有5例AIDS 的报告,AIDS 调查研究委员会诊断其中1例为AIDS 高度可疑患者。此患者为男性同性恋者,18岁起在欧洲和美国,与不少男性有过性关系。在美国与其发生过性关系的男性均患了AIDS,有的甚至已死亡。此患者是担心感染AIDS,回日本诊察时被发现的。由于患者是在美国感染的,回日本时未发生过性关系,之后又出国,考虑不会由此发生交义感染,故没有采取预防措施。85年度(统计到10月22日)又有10例AIDS 的报告,其中9例为AIDS 高度可疑患者,另1例为AIDS可疑患者。10例中5例是男性同性恋者,其余5例为
After Japan established the AIDS surveillance system in September 1984, there were 5 AIDS reports in the same year and the AIDS Research Committee diagnosed 1 of the highly suspected AIDS patients. This patient is gay, 18 years old in Europe and the United States, and many men have had sexual relations. Men who have sex with them in the United States have AIDS and some have even died.
