过去,由于贷款制度不完善,管理不严格,在银行内部人员介绍贷款中,个别人钻了空子,致使贷款长期收不回来。不仅造成了银行的资金损失,而且影响了银行声誉。 现在,一些行对内部人员介绍贷款“谈虎色变”,一概视为人情贷款或不正之风,拒之于千里之外。笔者认为,对银行内部人员介绍贷款,应在兴利抑弊的前提下,作为一种经营措施,予以提倡。因为,银行内部人员介绍贷款,一是介绍者对贷户情况比较熟悉,知道其偿还能力如何,风险较小。二是介绍者作为第一清收责任人,贷款一旦造成风险,不仅要停职停薪清收,而且要用所扣工资抵还,直到还清为止。这样,就增加了介绍者的压力,增强了责任感,使他们放时慎重、管时严格、收
