研讨了铬铁矿浮选的基本原理,对铬铁矿浮选领域先前所做的、十分分散的工作做了回顾。叙述了各种尖晶石矿物,包括:不同产地的铬铁矿、瑞典的磁铁矿和人工合成尖晶石:MgFe_2O_4、MgAl_2O_4、FeCr_2O_4和MgCr_2O_4的浮选原则。研究了各种参数对铬铁矿回收率的影响以期使铬铁矿与伴生主要脉石矿物;蛇纹石和橄榄石选择分离。试验发现,两极性捕收剂很有选择性。讨论了试验所观测到的浮选行为的各种可能解释和方法的前景。
Discussed the basic principles of flotation of chromite and reviewed previously done, very scattered work in the area of chromite flotation. Described a variety of spinel minerals, including: origin chromite, Sweden’s magnetite and synthetic spinel: MgFe_2O_4, MgAl_2O_4, FeCr_2O_4 and MgCr_2O_4 flotation principle. The influence of various parameters on the recovery rate of chromite was studied in order to make the separation between chromite and associated gangue minerals; serpentine and olivine. The test found that bipolar collector is very selective. Discuss the various possible explanations and methodologies for the flotation behavior observed in the experiment.
