使用“容量稀释标记技术”(Indictor dilution technique),用~(125)I白蛋白(RISA)作标记物.应用生物液体力学及药物代谢动力学的方法在动物体内研究高渗透析保留4小时的透析周期内.腹腔内液体和溶质转运规律及居间关系,结果对临床腹透失超滤状态提出了新的逻辑思维程序。
Labeling with ~ (125) I albumin (RISA) using the “Indictor dilution technique.” Hypertonic dialysis was studied in animals for four hours using biohydrodynamic and pharmacokinetic methods During the dialysis cycle, intraperitoneal fluid and solute transport patterns and inter-mediate relationship were analyzed. The results proposed a new logic thinking program for clinical peritoneal loss of ultrafiltration status.
