目的观察阿魏酸钠与肾康注射液联合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。方法 80例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。两组在常规治疗的基础上,观察组采用阿魏酸钠与肾康注射液联合治疗:对照组采用复议丹参液治疗。观察阿魏酸钠与肾康注射液联合治疗DN患者24 h尿微量清蛋白排进率(UAER),血清尿素氮(BUN)及血肌酐(SCr)的变化。结果治疗组显效率为58.3%,总有效率为86%,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组UAER,血肌酐(SCr),BUN明显下降。结论阿魏酸钠与肾康注射液联合治疗DN有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of sodium ferulate and Shenkang injection on diabetic nephropathy. Methods 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment, the two groups were treated with sodium ferulate and Shenkang injection: the control group was treated with Danshen liquid. To observe the changes of urinary albumin clearance rate (UAER), serum urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (SCr) in patients with DN treated with sodium ferulate and Shenkang injection. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 58.3%, the total effective rate was 86%, which was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Treatment group UAER, serum creatinine (SCr), BUN decreased significantly. Conclusion Sodium ferulate and Shenkang injection in combination with DN have better curative effect.
