在生理学、药理学和毒理学的动物实验中,胆碱酯酶(ChE)是一个常用的生化指标。近年来,时间生物学的研究揭示出,动物体内的多数生理过程都具有以近似24小时为周期的变化节律,称之为昼夜节律。我们在最近的试验中发现,小鼠外周血和全脑组织中ChE的活性也存在着日周期的节律性波动。现将结果报告如下。一、材料和方法试验采用健康昆明小鼠,体重18-25克,雌雄各半。在试验开始之前,小鼠先在稳定的人工光照周期(06:00时到18:00时光照、18:00时到06:00时黑暗)下喂养二周,自由进食,室温保持20±3℃。试验开始后,在一天中每隔6小时,即分别在02:00时、08:00时、14:00时和20:00
Choline esterase (ChE) is a commonly used biochemical marker in animal studies of physiology, pharmacology and toxicology. In recent years, the study of time biology has revealed that most physiological processes in animals have a circadian rhythm of approximately 24-hour period, which is called circadian rhythm. In our recent experiments, we found that there is also a rhythmic fluctuation in the daily cycle of ChE activity in mouse peripheral blood and whole brain tissue. The results reported below. First, the material and methods Test Healthy Kunming mice, weighing 18-25 grams, male and female. Before the start of the experiment, the mice were fed for two weeks under stable artificial lighting periods (light at 06:00 to 18:00, dark at 18:00 to 06:00), and fed freely for 20 ± 3 at room temperature ℃.
