浙江省三尖杉研究协作组自1976年5月底～1977年4月底,应用三尖杉酯碱或高三尖杉酯碱治疗急非淋34例,完全缓解率为17.6％,缓解率为32.4％;其中我院治疗10例,完全缓解3例。为了提高疗效,我院于1977年7月～1980年5月采用三尖杉酯碱联合疗法治疗急非淋25例,男16例,女9例;年龄最小2岁半,最大13岁;急粒16例,早幼粒4例,急单3例,急粒单、急组各1例;初治23例,复治2例(急粒、急单各1例)。治疗方法:HOP方案:H(三尖杉酯碱)0.05～0.1mg/kg/d,静脉缓慢滴注,每
