清朝乾隆年间,瓦寺地区的藏族土司千总刘正祥、王保等人曾率藏兵协助清军抵抗廓尔喀(今尼泊尔)对西藏的侵略。在清军总督福康安的统一指挥下,瓦寺藏军“六战六捷,杀敌四千,收复后藏”。在那场战斗中,许多藏兵为国捐躯。几十年后,当英国侵略者的隆隆炮声回荡在祖国边疆的危急时刻,藏族勇士们再次用血肉之躯维护了中华民族的尊严。
During the reign of Emperor Qianlong during the Qing dynasty, thousands of Tibetan chieftains such as Liu Zhengxiang and Wang Bao led the Tibetan troops to assist the Qing army in resisting the aggression of Gurkha (now Nepal) against Tibet. Under the unified command of Fukang An, Governor General of the Qing Dynasty, the Tibetan Monastery in Tibet has “six battles and six Czech wars, killed four thousand enemies and recovered Tibet later.” During that battle, many Tibetan soldiers sacrificed their lives for the country. Decades later, when the rumbling of the British invaders was reverberated on the border of the motherland, Tibetan warriors once again used their flesh and blood to defend the dignity of the Chinese nation.
