水资源短缺是三北防护林建设的重要制约因素。文章在对我国三北防护林建设工程区水资源时空格局及其演变趋势分析的基础上,对三北五期工程区623个县的水资源承载力进行了综合评价。评价结果显示:三北防护林工程区水资源约束下适宜造林的县区有387个,较适宜造林的县区有185个,次适宜造林的县区有60个。
Water shortage is an important constraint to the construction of Three-North Shelterbelt. Based on the analysis of spatial and temporal patterns of water resources in the Three-North Shelterbelt Project and its evolution trend, the paper carried out a comprehensive evaluation on the water resources carrying capacity of 623 counties in the Three-North Five-Year Project Area. The evaluation results show that 387 counties are suitable for afforestation in the Three North Shelterbelt project area, 185 are more suitable afforestation counties and 60 are less suitable afforestation counties.
