在供电企业里,基层供电所是企业最基础的单元,是服务百姓的第一线,如何在实际工作中注入为民服务创先争优的内涵,值得在供电服务中思考、关注。近年来,安徽省凤阳供电公司一直积极探索,把为民服务与创先争优相结合。笔者以所在的安徽凤阳供电公司最具有代表性的一个供电所——凤阳小溪河供电所服务当地小岗村为例,介绍该公司在供电所中开展创先争优、服务地方的一些有益尝试。
