本文在论述高职思想政治理论教育重要性的基础上,通过对德国工作过程导向理论的定义与内涵的阐述,从教学内容的整合与创新、教学方法的设计与创新、思想政治理论教学与校园文化建设与活动的相互融合三个角度指出了德国工作过程导向理论在高职院校思想政治理论科教改中的运用建议。
On the basis of discussing the importance of ideological and political education in higher vocational education, this article elaborates the definition and connotation of the guiding theory of work process in Germany from the aspects of the integration and innovation of teaching contents, the design and innovation of teaching methods, the teaching of ideological and political theory and the campus Cultural construction and the integration of activities from three angles pointed out that the German work process oriented theory in the ideological and political theory of higher vocational colleges and universities in the use of recommendations.
