伴随着经济的发展、城市建设和城镇化的推进,征地拆迁问题不可避免,征地拆迁引发的矛盾纠纷也不可避免,这些矛盾问题通过信访渠道反映出来,就形成了拆迁类信访问题,对于此类问题,处理得当的话是可以得到妥善解决的。本文通过剖析涉拆信访中信访人的心理状态、心理过程等深层心理因素,为相关政府部门和执法承办人员在理解拆迁引发的信访问题方面提供了心理学参考,并提出了相应的对策建议。
With the development of economy, urban construction and urbanization, the problems of land acquisition and house demolition are inevitable, and the contradictions and disputes caused by land requisition and demolition are inevitable. These contradictions are reflected through letters and visits channels, forming the issue of letters and visits for demolition. Problems and properly handled words can be properly resolved. By analyzing the psychological factors such as the psychological status and psychological process of the petitioners and informants, this paper provides a psychological reference for the relevant government agencies and law enforcement officials to understand the petition issues caused by demolition, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
