8参考试块参考试块是TOFD检测校准系统灵敏度和验证体积覆盖范围的重要器具。原标准ENV 583-6:2000规定的试块采用长横孔作参考衍射体,孔径至少为探头标称频率下波长的2倍,孔深位置分别为试块厚度的10%、25%、50%、75%、90%。各横孔均连有直通表面的线切割槽,线槽起阻止孔顶产生直接反射的作用。新标准则规定了含线切槽和长横孑L的2种参考试块,并提出了以下新要求。8.1试块材质与尺寸要求制作参考试块的材料应与试件类似(如声速、晶粒组织和表面状况等)。试块厚度应能代表试件
8 Reference Test Block The reference test block is an important tool for TOFD testing and calibration system sensitivity and verification of volume coverage.
