动态心电图监测美托洛尔与稳心颗粒联合治疗心律失常的疗效观察

目的利用动态心电图监测美托洛尔与稳心颗粒联合治疗心律失常的临床疗效.方法将82例心律失常患者随机分为对照组与实验组,每组各41例,对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,实验组给予美托洛尔与稳心颗粒联合治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果,观察治疗前后24 h动态心电图的变化与不良反应发生情况.结果治疗后,实验组总有效率95.12%,对照组58.54%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组早搏次数较治疗前均有所减少,且实验组减少情况优于对照组(P0.05).结论美托洛尔与稳心颗粒联合治疗心律失常,可有效改善患者的临床症状,且不良反应发生率较低,可在临床推广.“,”Objective To observe the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with Wenxin granules for arrhythmia by ambulatory electrocardiography(AECG). Methods 82 patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups, each with 41 cases. Only metoprolol were taken in the control group, while combined therapy of Wenxin granules and metoprolol were underwent in the treatment group. The clinical effect in both groups were compared, 24 hour dynamic electrocardiogram and adverse reaction before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 95. 12% in the treatment group and 58. 54% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The premature beat in two groups were improved compared with those before treatment (P<0. 05), and the improvements in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group (P0. 05). Conclusion The therapy of metoprolol combined with Wenxin granules for patients with arrhythmia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, has low incidence rate of adverse effect, and is worthy to be promoted in clinical practice.
