伞形科中许多植物都作为香料和传统中药被广泛应用,其中滨海当归Angelicakeisked、也叫Ashita-Ba在日本作为一种蔬菜食用,本文介绍了从该植物非极性提取部分得到具有香豆素和查耳酮结构的成分及其抗肿瘤的作用。从Ashita-Ba活性部分分离出8种化学成分,其中有2个角型呋喃香豆素:阿奇白芷内酯archangelicin(Ⅰ)和8(S),9(S)-9-当归酰氧化-8,9-二氢欧罗塞醇〔8(S),9(S)-9-angcloyloxy-8,9-dihydroorosel01〕(Ⅱ)。有3个无活性的线型呋喃香豆素:补骨内酯(Ⅲ)、佛
Many plants of the Umbelliferae family are widely used as spices and traditional Chinese medicines, among which Angelica cake is also known as Ashita-Ba. It is eaten as a vegetable in Japan. This article describes the coumarins obtained from the non-polar extract of the plant. The composition of Chalcone and its anti-tumor effect. Eight chemical components were isolated from the active fraction of Ashita-Ba, among which there are two angular furocoumarins: archangelicin (I) and 8(S), 9(S)-9- angeloyl-oxidation- 8,9-dihydroarose [8(S), 9(S)-9-angcloyloxy-8, 9-dihydroorosel01] (II).
