1986年10月至1987年9月,由辽宁省卫生厅妇幼卫生处组织15家医疗保健单位百余人参加,对省内10个市54891名围产儿开展了出生缺陷监测工作,结果表明;共发现畸形儿664例,畸形儿发生率为12.10‰,值得有关方面关注。据分析,在664例畸形儿当中,单一畸形有452例,占68.07%:多发畸形有212例,占31.93%。其中,死胎156例,占23.49%;死产53例,占7.98%;活产儿343例,占51.66%;出生七天内死亡112例,占16.87%。
From October 1986 to September 1987, more than 100 people from 15 health care units of Liaoning Provincial Department of Health and MCH participated in the monitoring of birth defects in 54,891 perinatal children in 10 cities in the province. The results showed that a total of 664 malformation children were found, the incidence of deformed children was 12.10 ‰, it is worth the attention of the parties concerned. According to the analysis, of the 664 deformed children, there were 452 single deformities, accounting for 68.07%. There were 212 multiple deformities (31.93%). Among them, 156 stillbirths, accounting for 23.49%; 53 stillbirths, accounting for 7.98%; 343 live births, accounting for 51.66%; 112 died within seven days of birth, accounting for 16.87%.
