床头箱前后二油池原靠人工定时加油,如忽略加油,主轴和轴瓦间会产生干磨,如浇油过多,又因油池小,轴瓦之间有间隙而在主轴两端漏油(图1)。现我们在床头箱上面加一长970毫米的分油盘,利用主轴箱齿轮运转时飞溅起来的一部分油液,经油盘的积蓄,分送到前后两个油池,自动供油,保证主轴和轴瓦润滑。为了安装分油盘,床头箱盖内侧需加工,留出空档。同时在主轴前端和小齿轮轴(02134)处各增设半环形接
