本文用旋光法对胃炎合剂中硫酸庆大霉素的含量进行测定,并与药典微生物检定法进行比较,结果经t检验,无显著性差异。
In this paper, the optical rotation of the gas mixture of gentamicin sulfuric acid content was determined and compared with the Pharmacopoeia microbial comparison method, the results by t test, no significant difference.
