民生连着民心,民心关系国运。两会期间,代表、委员们尽职履责、畅议国是,传递民情民意,建言国计民生。水利不仅与民生息息相关,党的十八大更将其放在生态文明建设的突出位置,这也让水利成为今年两会上的最热门话题之一。许多代表、委员围绕农田水利、饮水安全、水生态文明建设、水资源管理等方面,提出了积极且有建设性的意见与建议。本期特别辑录了部分两会代表、委员的观点建议,以飨读者。
Minsheng connected with the people’s livelihood, people’s heart and soul. During the sessions of the NPC and CPPCC, representatives and members dutifully fulfill their responsibilities and make due representations to the DPRK and state their opinions and public opinions and suggestions on the national economy and people’s livelihood. Water conservancy is not only closely related to people’s livelihood, but also put the Party’s 18th National Congress on the prominent position of ecological civilization construction, which has also made water conservancy one of the hottest topics at this year’s two sessions. Many delegates and commissioners have put forward positive and constructive suggestions and opinions on farmland and water conservancy, drinking water safety, ecological civilization construction and water resources management.
